How to get DxDiag info?

• STEP 1: Go to your START menu. Click RUN (for Vista: click in 'Start Search' field).

  

• STEP 2: In this window, type "dxdiag" (without quotes) and click OK.

  You may be asked a question about 'WHQL Certification', click No or Cancel if presented with this option. This will run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. It may take a few minutes to complete, watch for the progress bar in the lower left hand corner for status.

  

• STEP 3: When complete, click the Save All Information button. This will bring up a file requester.
  

  

• STEP 4: Select your DESKTOP folder as destination and click SAVE.

  

• STEP 5: Locate this file on your DESKTOP and email it to [email protected] (either as an attachment or just copy/paste its content)
